Looking to rent, or purchase if cost is not too prohibitive, a fire alarm smoke detector sensitivity meter for Edwards 6249C and 6250C series smoke detectors. Can anyone assist ?

Answer: Have you contacted your local EST office to see if they'll make it available to you? The guys here (in Burnaby, B. C.) are really decent. The only time I think they need it is on a Verification to the ULC CAN4-S537 standard. An annual (CAN4-S536) inspection is just a device test... Your AHJ may have a different spin on it though. Check with them.
