"WE" (some of" THE PEOPLE are surely networking and putting forth positive efforts to develop an effective "Fire Plan" as best 'we' can, to create a viable fire safety and prevention program at any gathering. Would'nt you say that anybelly who wishes to contribute any personal time and/or energy into fire safety & rescue consciousness, for this year's gathering, that they are humbly invited and encouraged to participate with 'us' ? As an elected Fire Commissioner in Shasta County, CA, my personal plan is to participate with you and others in this regard, and I am anxious to work with you and others in providing sufficient means for protecting lives and property in connection with "Rainbow California - 2004".

Answer: I want you to know jack that Im glad your on board withthis ...and of course anyone and everyone who is interested in fire safety this year is welcome and invited to help out in what ever way they wish...all i hope to do is focus attention on the fire safety issuses and help promote a working fire plan for next years gathering.. my basic intention isto persuse throught the old mini manuals and other rainbow genetratd writting and cull what appears to be kinda general understanding on how we've dont it in the past and collect this rainbow wisdom in to a single source .
