Question:
I think a seperate website for Fire Alarm is a great idea. Security alarms and Fire alarms are not the same and should not be lumped into a single website. But, I don't have the slightest idea how to start one. Does anyone here know?

Answer: -Since I'm new to this website, I don't know how often a "fire alarm" subject comes up. I'd be happy to see it with this one until the traffic justifies a new one.

-Many of us in the alarm industry find it difficult to keep up with fire alarm technology and the more intense regulations. I would like to hear talk from people like Jake (the fire chief) who is also an AHJ and sees the mistakes we could make if someone like him wasn't around. I don't see the sense in starting up a separate website unless the traffic gets so intense it merits it.
