This is my very first attempt at a website message, so I apologize up front if I screw up! I am a sales respresentative for computerized fire alarm monitoring systems in my country, Malaysia. We have only 2 companies given the concession by the gov. to install, run, and maintain such a nationwide system. My question is to all friendly fire experts here: What is the most advanced form of computerized fire monitoring system in the world? I am of the opinion that what we have here in my country is archaic by world standards!

-Have Ben R. (Grinnell A+D) Confirm this, but I would choose a Firegraph based system utilizing Autocall (Grinnell) panels. Of course I am biased in this regard... But remember, by useing/re-using antiquated equipment you will find a lack of replacement parts now and in the future.
